  • Proud Foundations provided two virtual workshops for Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The workshops were delivered to people supporting Maternal and Perinatal services and helped attendees to understand different routes to parenthood. The first workshop enabled our Maternal Mental Health Service development team to identify simple changes, but also facilitated a in depth discussion about future ways of working. We all learned something new from the workshops, and our Equality Impact Assessment plans are now richer as a result of the new knowledge we have about the way in which microagressions can and do occur across maternity services. Thank you for providing a though provoking and helpful workshop for our people.
