The LGBT Mummies Tribe UK Meet- 2019

The second year of our The LGBT Mummies Tribe UK Meet was a huge success with over 120 attending the glass viewing room at the award winning adventure park & nature reserve in Great Notley.

The amazing Our First Story who helped support the event had a table where they provided their beautiful baby record books & also lots of LGBT+ family story books for people to see.

The children were treated to a special visit from Enchanted Parties Elsa, who read ‘Mommy, Mama & Me’ to them, taught them her Frozen dance, took pictures with them all & did a meet & greet.

The amazing SKETCH MY TRIBE provided fun colouring sheets of their designs of LGBT+ female families, mermaids, astronauts & heroes & we provided packs of crayons for them to get artistic with!

There was a soft play & toy area for the smaller ones, keeping them occupied while their Mummies got to mingle & make new friends!

Stonewall provided their ‘Different Families, Same Love’ posters & stickers for the families to take home

Our First Story, Love Outside the lines, Stonewall, KTEE Artist, REDBOX all provided beautiful gifts for a hamper which The LGBT Mummies Tribe gave away in a free raffle!

Party Inspirations helped decorate the room & filled it with loads of balloons which the children all got to take with them!

And the team in Lily’s café were on hand for when the Mummies & their families got peckish & wanted a drink, food or lollies due to the nice weather!

Luckily once it finished the weather was still nice & lots of families took a walk round the nature reserve to the swan lake or to the award winning adventure playground surrounding the park- full of amazing wooden instruments, water features, & sand pits!
