This week we had a conversation with Natalie at The Fertility Poddy & our @the_lgbt_mummies_tribe founder Laura Rose Thorogood , an LGBT+ activist, a married lesbian mother of two by IUI and currently pregnancy after 5 rounds of fertility treatment with baby number three.
