We were delighted to be asked for our @lgbt_mummies CEO to be a Guest Speaker on their panel for their ‘Expecting Equality’ seminar in Leeds this week.


She was joined by the wonderful @dayressolicitor @power.of.the.parent and the Panel facilitated by the very funny @jessicafostekew They talked about how all women & people expect equity and equality in the support they get in the workplace through fertility treatment and pregnancy (alongside all pathways to parenthood) and how organizations can improve not only their policies but their cultures to instill trust, retain talented staff, and support people through the hardest pathway l- the pathway to parenthood.
